Join us for a special Full Moon experience, a time traditionally associated with clarity, reflection, and renewal. The Full Moon symbolises the completion of one cycle and the beginning of another, inviting us to let go of what no longer serves us and create space for new energy, awareness, and intention.
The Full Moon's bright light reminds us to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and celebrate the present moment. Through movement, breath, and meditation, we will align body, mind, and spirit in a peaceful and uplifting atmosphere.
