A long journey you will be more radiant
Before the bending of the Luna Llena, you take away a sacred space, a capullo of love and sanity so that you reconect contigo mismo/a.
Our new route will start with an intuitive YoshiStretch. We free the tension, we slowly release the body and allow our life to flow into our interior for a longer time.
Now, we learn about the magic of breathing with a practice of conscious breathing. A sacred breath that you will learn to handle the stars and the dead, to calm the internal torments and to recover your inner world.
We honor our hearts with a revitalizing brunch with organic and natural products. Because these things are good, they are the first act of love.
